This analytical approach extends to youth and university sport, where I have used participation data and competition outcomes to adjust programming and increase engagement.​

Technically, I am comfortable building detailed operational plans, including time schedules, staffing matrices, and resource allocation charts for events and ceremonies. My role as a key member of the organizing committee for the FIFA U-20 World Cup in Alexandria sharpened my skills in international-standard logistics, team services, and coordination between security, transport, venues, and competition management. I also have extensive experience in managing graduation ceremonies, national celebrations, and youth festivals, with a particular focus on protocols, flow management, and scenario planning.​

A significant part of my technical profile is rooted in governance frameworks, quality systems, and organizational restructuring in sports institutions. Through my research and publications on governance, total quality management, and restructuring of professional sports clubs in the Arab world, I have developed a rigorous, system-based way of thinking about how sports organizations should be designed and managed.​

I am technically proficient in mapping organizational structures, defining roles and responsibilities, and proposing more agile, efficient designs for clubs, federations, and youth organizations. Serving as a Doping Control Officer with the Egyptian National Anti-Doping Organization (Egy-NDO) gave me highly specialized technical skills in anti-doping operations.
